  • A birth doula is a non-medical support person who provides continuous physical, emotional, and information based support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

    A doula’s role is to advocate for, nurture, and guide the birthing person, helping them feel informed, nurtured, and held every step of the way.

  • A doula doesn’t replace your birth partner. We work together as a team. My role is to support and guide both of you, helping your partner feel confident, prepared, and empowered to be the best support they can be.

    With gentle encouragement and practical tools, I help create space for your partner to be present and connected, while also ensuring you both feel held throughout the experience.

  • Of course! All my packages are uniquely tailored to the women I support and reflect the different seasons of life they’re in.

  • Every women is different in when she chooses to engage with a doula. Some women are sure of the support and like to get in touch early on in their pregnancy. Others will decide closer to birth. I trust that whenever you choose to get in touch is the perfect time!

  • Choosing a doula is a deeply personal decision and it is important you feel safe and supported. I offer an obligation free 'meet and greet' face to face or over the phone. Please get in touch with me via the 'contact' page.

  • As a doula, do you support pain relief and other interventions? Yes, I support YOU wholeheartedly! My intention is for you to feel confident and informed, so that you can make educated decisions. There is so much autonomy and peace when we feel confident in our choices.
